Description 2 PIECE BLUE WITH BLACK BROCADE. BONED TOP (JACKET) TRIMMED �WITH A BROCADE EDGING OF A LIGHTER BLUE & NARROW BLACK VELVET �RIBBON. TOP HAS TIGHTLY FITTED SLEEVES TO ELBOW THEN FLARED. BOW� AT ELBOW. LACE ON BODICE ADDED LATER. SKIRT HAS BEEN �RECONFIGURED AS A 'WRAP AROUND' . TOP OF SKIRT HAS BEEN CRUDELY �PLEATED & ATTACHED TO WAIST BAND. LONG TRAIN AREA WITH A WIDE �LACED TRIMMED DUST RUFFLE (ALSO A LATER ADDITION?).
